Academics
Ascension Lutheran School, we instill a nurturing, Christ-centered learning community where every child is seen as a unique creation of God, capable of growth, wonder, and purpose. Rooted in Lutheran values, we blend child-led exploration, small group learning, and classical education with joyful engagement to inspire lifelong learners who are spiritually grounded, academically curious, and compassionately connected to the world around them.
Environment
Our mixed age classrooms, curriculum, and teaching will use a multi-strategy learning model. Classrooms will be calm, comfortable, and orderly and provide opportunities for visual, auditory, reading/writing, and kinesthetic learning. Students will be assigned a table seat, but are free to sit at workstations, or mats when not in lesson
